Request & activate a license
For platform administrators and IT contacts — no operator console required.
Before you submit
Ask your platform admin for: Platform ID, tenant UUID, and domain.

Order types
Temp
15-day bootstrap while production entitlement is prepared.
Permanent
Production license — reviewed by Ittisal operations after email verification.
Online vs offline delivery
Online — platform phones home automatically.
Offline — you receive a .lic file for air-gapped networks.
Steps
- Open Order a license and complete the form.
- Verify your email (link valid ~48 hours).
- Wait for Ittisal ops approval — you receive status emails.
- When approved, use the secure delivery link in email (not an open attachment).
- Online: platform activates via phone-home. Offline: download
.licand upload in Platform Hub.
Common issues
- No verification email — check spam; contact support with order reference.
- Delivery link expired — request re-send from support (~7 day TTL).
- Hardware changed (offline) — license may lock; request re-issue with new fingerprint.
- License expired but invoice paid — contact finance/support with tenant UUID.
